Registered Dietitian: Recently moved from the Metro DC area, Jessica currently practices in Northern New Jersey. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Dietetics from the Coordinated Dietetics Program at Eastern Michigan University and is certified in Adult Weight Management through the Commission on Dietetics Registration. Jessica has been in private practice since 2007, and has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals and health clubs.
Pilates Instructor: Jessica has been teaching mat pilates since 2000. She has been trained by the Physical Mind Institute, the Aerobics and Fitness Association of American, and the Pilates Institute of Maryland. Jessica has worked with clients of all ages, and feels this is a form of fitness that anyone can do anywhere.
